Larshar College can now offer hair salons flexible tailored training plans to suit their salons needs.

 

 

 

 

LârShar College of Beauté and Hair has recently introduced beauty therapy traineeships. A Traineeship is an employment based training arrangement, where the trainee learns new skills and services via practical on the job training and structured training at LârShar College of Beauté and Hair. Traineeships are a way to combine training and full time employment. Trainees can earn money whilst completing a qualification and employers can get government help to pay their trainee. Traineeships for full-time employees are usually conducted over one or two years.
It is the responsibility of the trainee to find an employer (Beauty Salon) that is willing to take on a Beauty Traineeship Program.

Once the trainee has found an employer, then a training contract is established which is negotiated between the employer, trainee and the Registered Training Organisation (that’s us), with the guidance of an apprenticeship consultant.
