DESCRIPTION
Certificate III in Nail Technology has been designed to reflect role of individuals who are competent in interacting with customers, providing manicure and pedicare services, applying acrylic or gel nail enhancement, using an electrical file and applying nail art.
Training is at the college in a salon setting, with a mix of practical work on clients, written work, workshops, and group discussion. Assessment includes theory work, demonstration of skills & participation in salon duties, written and or oral tests. All practical assessments will be required to be carried out on paying members of the public.
